Village and Home

African and Caribbean inspired homeware

Village and Home was launched in London in October 2019. It's founder, Grace was born in Durban, South Africa and is now resident in Surrey, United Kingdom. Village and Home is inspired by the bright, bold colours and designs of Africa and the Caribbean and features images used in these cultures.

Village and Home embraces colour and maximalism. Our bright and bold homeware range includes tea towels, oven gloves, aprons, napkins, placemats and coasters. We currently have a range featuring scotch bonnet pepper, okra, plantain, the three legged pot or potjie, a modern kente pattern with cooking utensils and other exciting designs. Our products are sustainable, excellent quality, create dialogue due to their unique designs and are all Made in the UK.

Village and Home has been well received and featured in various press, including The Observer Magazine’s SpendBlack campaign, Shop of the Month in Your Home magazine, Homestyle magazine and The Voice newspaper.
