The following policies should be read in full before ordering, by placing an order you agree that you have read and understood our shop policies.

Variations:

We try to keep the natural patina of our leather as visible as possible so items are not heavily treated, this does mean that there can be variations from bag to bag. Some bags may have slight colour and texture differences which are a normal part of leather and make each piece unique, it also means that our leather looks authentic and natural rather than overly processed, which is just how we like it. With this in mind we do try to portray our items as accurately as possible in our photography but please remember that different lighting and computer screens can sometimes make colours seem a little lighter or darker.

Statutory returns guidelines:

If you'd like to return your order please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the goods and return your order within 14 days of contacting us. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Personalised items:

Please note that any personalised items will be non-returnable.

Shop returns policy:

1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ensure the item is sent back within 14 days of your message with your returns form completed.

2. Ensure all protective padding is in tact and the item is in the same condition as it was dispatched.

3. Items should be packaged in the same way they were sent and not folded in any way as this creates creasing and can misshape the bag making the return non-refundable.

4. Unfortunately we are unable to refund or reimburse postage costs.

Design updates:

We are constantly working on our designs and making small changes to improve our products so the item you receive may vary slightly from the photography. The most common improvements we make are on the hardware and construction, the fundamental design and aesthetic remains the same.
