Vintage Twee specialises in handmade, vintage inspired stationery, table décor and accessories for weddings, hen parties, baby showers and other occasions.
We are open for orders as normal but have a lead time of 7 business days for all items (excluding personalised wedding stationery orders which will be longer) so please bear this in mind when purchasing. We are unable to offer Next Day delivery at the moment and all orders to the UK will be sent by Second Class Recorded delivery for your peace of mind. Royal Mail are open for business but some services may be disrupted and we really appreciate your understanding with this whilst they work around the clock to keep the world connected.

Vintage Twee is owned and ran by Joanne Pearce who created her company in 2010. It was the lifelong dream of a little girl whose favourite childhood pastimes were her 'making box' and visiting her Great Auntie Edith in Yorkshire for afternoon tea and a rummage through her many vintage treasures and collectables!
We work from our studio amongst the rolling hills of the Peak District and all of our items are hand-crafted with a great amount of love and attention to detail. We use vintage materials where possible in the creation of our unique pieces such as sheet music, pearls, lace, jewellery and old imagery from as far back as we can find!
Our customers range from brides and grooms, people who enjoy baking and hosting events, cupcake companies and those with a keen interest in vintage style. As all of our items are handmade, they can be customised and this flexibility appeals to our customers, knowing we can create something individual for them should they w

We are now closed for the Christmas period until Thursday 2nd January 2020 so items will be unavailable to purchase until after this date.
If your enquiry is about an existing order placed prior to Thursday 19th December 2019, we will endeavour to get back to you within 3 working days. Please note: all of our orders are sent by standard delivery which doesn't include tracking information. We can only provide tracking details for orders where this service was requested and paid for in advance of purchase.

All items created by Vintage Twee are hand made. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible but please allow 3 business days for non customised items to be created and sent. For customised orders, or if you require a large amount of stationery, please allow 2 weeks, depending on the items ordered. Please be aware this can be subject to change during very busy periods. If you are unsure of timescales, please do just contact us prior to placing an order so we can give you an accurate date by which your items can be ready for you. If you need your items sooner than the set timescales, just let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Each item created is handmade and therefore completely unique. This may mean there are slight discrepancies between each piece, which is inevitable with items crafted by hand. We use vintage materials for some of our work and it is not always possible to recreate an item exactly as it appears. However, please be assured that Vintage Twee will use very similar materials and discuss any alternative options for you should this be an issue. Please do be aware that if orders are split over time, this may affect the availability of materials and could also be subject to colour discrepancies.
Please ensure that information supplied for any customised stationery is accurate. PDF proofs will be sent via notonthehighstreet.com and it is the customer's responsibility to check the layout and wording of all proofs received. Vintage Twee is happy to make additional changes and corrections to the digital proof to ensure they are exactly how you would like them to appear before going to production. However, the customer takes responsibility for checking the layout and wording, as well as spelling and grammar, and Vintage Twee is not responsible for any mistakes which have been noticed after approval by email has been given. Changes made after customer approval will be subject to a charge and replacements charged in full. Please note: proofs for some items will not be sent as stated in the item description pages so please ensure you send this information correctly and as you would like it to appear.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for customised items.
Upon placing your order for custom stationery items, Vintage Twee will inform you of a date by which we will need to receive the information/wording for your items in order for them to be completed on time. Please ensure you have this information over by the agreed date otherwise this may result in your order being delayed and extra costs incurred.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the correct details for delivery have been entered when placing an order. Vintage Twee is unable to offer refunds for items that are not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address details cannot be changed once you have received a dispatch email as this indicates your item has already been posted. Please contact us if you need to change the delivery address and we can let you know if this is possible or not, depending on if your order has already been sent.
