Standard Delivery costs £3.75 per UK mainland address.Where items are in stock and where payment is made, your order will be packed and dispatched same day if order by 2pm or within 24 hours.The majority of orders are delivered within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock,we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as possible.

If you have order multiple items,we will only dispatch your order when we have all the items your ordered in stock.

If you require a specific date or urgent delivery, please contact us and we will do what we can to rush it to you. Express Delivery is available for items being sent to mainland UK addresses. Orders for non UK Mainland and BFPO’s are charged at cost. Please contact us via the customer discussion area for a quotation prior to placing your order. Additional delivery time should be taken into account when placing non UK orders.

The following are details of our UK Next Day Delivery service:

If you order by 1pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next working day.

If you order anytime on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Tuesday.

Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.
