Created in 2021, WM Personalised Designs is a family run business based in Cheshire. Nicky has knowledge of the printing industry after spending many years designing and creating within the luxury silk business and William has vast knowledge of how the printing business works, having worked directly within it.
WM Personalised Designs journey began when we struggled to find luxury personalised gifts at an affordable price for family and friends, so we decided to create custom made leather products that are affordable for everyone, all of which can be completed with that special personalised touch by our in-house artisan team.
Our aim is to provide beautiful bespoke high-end products, without the high-end price tags, either when looking for a special gift for friends or loved ones, or maybe just a treat for yourself. All products are ready to be gifted, each item comes complete with a gift box or a luxurious velvet pouch.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail with Tracking Information.
Do you have an express delivery option available?
Yes, you can choose express delivery at checkout, this is available on all items. Express delivery is £6.95, if you select this service your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day) if ordered before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.
If an order if placed on a Friday it will be sent the following Monday.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping option is Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For if it’s Free Delivery otherwise 1st Class with Tracking Information your order should arrive with you within three days after despatch.
How will I know my order has been despatched?
Once our in-house artisans have crafted your item and despatched it, you will receive an email to inform you. Our items are despatched within seven days.
Do you accept returns?
Please note, all products are made to order and we therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised goods. Should your item be faulty, it can be returned for a refund or replacement

All of our personalised items are hand stamped by brass, in house. Each item is unique and there will be slight variations between every product due to the natural finishes. Please note, due to the textures within the leathers the monogramming may show slight breaks and different embossing depths.
Our embossing is permanent, however, if you expose your monogramming to oils and other liquids such as hand sanitiser via touch, it may fade over time. Also be aware that direct exposure to extreme heat may effect the quality of the leather and foil. We advise you to take this into account when caring for your item.
How many letters can I have monogrammed?
We currently allow up to three letters per item. All letters are in capitals only.
What colours can you monogram?
We monogram in three colours; gold, silver and rose gold, all of which use premium grade foil.
What are the different leathers?
We offer three choices of leather. Croc effect is our signature leather with a luxurious mock crocodile finish. Saffiano is crafted from real leather with a cross hatch finish. Pebble grain leather is beautifully soft with a textured finish.
There may be some very slight alterations in the stamping due to the natural textures in the leather. However, this is often unnoticeable.
