We wanted to create a range of full strength 40% contemporary spirits that played with unique flavours while still maintaining the integrity of a real spirit! Unlike our High Street counterparts, we add the minimum amount of sugar (High street versions add up to 15tsp per 70cl bottle, we add a maximum of 1.5tsp). We distil with the actual fruit and add natural fruit extracts to heighten the flavour.
A classic take on the bitter Rhubarb with the added sweetness of honey resulting in a creamy mouthfeel. This can be mixed with Ginger Beer to add the fiery element if required, or equally delicious mixed with lemonade or light tonic.
