Through the magic of storytelling, we aim to spark joy, cultivate curiosity, and nurture the realisation of their dreams, one personalised page at a time.
Every winner's speech includes the fact that they have been dreaming of that very moment since they were a child. Our goal as adults is to let children know that they too can become champions. And that to do that, they need to start their journey, in whatever form that is, by engaging, by listening and by believing that they can achieve their dreams.
Delivery
A branded smart bookmark (e.g. England Rugby SmartMark) is sent for every order. The SmartMark is an NFC-enabled gift token. When tapped on a smart device it launches the book builder for the child (and a parent/carer/grandparent etc) to build out their own unique book. Once completed the book is created and sent to their chosen delivery address.
SmartMarks are dispatched within 24hrs making them the perfect last-minute gift. Once the book has been built, it will be made and printed and dispatched within 5-7 working days, and delivered 48hrs later.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our books, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This is only the case if the product is deemed to be faulty or if the personalisation does not match the selection made in placing the order.
Refunds
If you do receive a damaged product, please return it to You Are The Star Limited, Boscrege Farm, Boscrege, Ashton, TR13 9TG, UK. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
