How's it made?
YuYu is ethically and responsibly aware. Our fair trade natural rubber bottles are delicately wrapped in the finest fabrics.
Our rubber is sourced from Sri Lanka, where the finest rubber trees are grown. The rubber we use is eco-friendly, biodegradable, fair trade, flexible and beautifully soft. The bubbles on the surface of the bottle count not only as a massaging feature but also create air pockets under the fabric which in turn allows the bottle to stay warmer for longer.
YuYu's grade A cashmere covers are sourced from Inner Mongolia, renowned for having the softest cashmere in the world. Using a traditional and ethical combing process, each goat provides just 100 grams of cashmere per year. Taken in the spring season, after the cold winter months, this process helps the goats shed their big coats for the summer months.

Please note that we cannot despatch at the weekend or on bank holidays.
Anything related to returning or exchanging your YuYu, then please do so within 14 days. The YuYu and box must be unused and not damaged in any way so that we can have a chance to pass it onto another customer. Please send it to the below address along with your ORDER ID and full name clearly marked.
Please note that we require you send your product back on recorded / tracked delivery. Of course we will refund this cost to you if the return is due to it being our fault.
