This print takes inspiration from childhood carousel rides and the livery of horses on medieval tapestries. Our Carousel horses have all been named after heavenly bodies, Aoide the Dapple Grey Horse is named after one of the moons of Jupiter.
Aoide has been hand painted in watercolour by London-based designer Maddie Chambers before being digitally printed in the UK onto 150gsm recycled paper using eco-friendly inks.For a vintage book plate feel, Ariel's name has been inscribed underneath in calligraphy. The perfect addition to an art collection or gallery wall, or great for adding a striking focus to a room on its own.
This art print is packaged with a thick cardboard backing board hand-stamped with the Also the Bison logo and comes gift wrapped in recycled tissue paper.
