Description
A handmade chunky Sterling Silver or 9ct Yellow Gold disc necklace suspended on a trace chain and personalised on both sides with hand-stamped names/words/dates.
Each disc can be personalised on both sides with a single initial in the centre and/or up to 18 characters along the bottom edge. If an initial is chosen this is stamped towards the centre of the disc with names/words/dates stamped around the bottom edge of the disc. Stamping is done individually by hand using a traditional hand stamping technique with steel stamps.
This necklace is the perfect way to represent special people/words/dates. It is a particularly popular gift for mothers with their children's initials and birthdates, or grandmothers with their grandchildren's initials and birthdates.

Variations
Choose from Sterling Silver or 9ct Yellow Gold and either a 16", 18" or 20" chain.
This item can be personalised on both sides. For each side choose either a single initial which will be stamped in the centre of the disc and/or or up to 18 characters (including spaces) to be stamped along the bottom edge.
Characters available are the Roman Alphabet (A-Z) stamped in captials, Numbers 0-9, Period (.), Comma (,), Inverted comma ('), Dash (-), Quotation Marks ("), Degree Symbol (°), the Ampersand (&) an outline star (☆) and a filled star (★).
All initials and names are stamped using the Roman Alphabet (A-Z) in upper case font and all dates are stamped in the format dd.mm.yy.

JEWELLERY CARE
Our jewellery is designed to be worn daily and cherished for a lifetime. However, it does require a little love and care to keep it looking its best.
All of our silver jewellery is made with recycled 925 sterling silver. Sterling silver jewellery can tarnish over time. This is a natural process that occurs when the silver reacts with sulphur or hydrogen sulphide in the air. This reaction causes a black or brown discolouration on the surface of the silver. Tarnishing can be accelerated by exposure to humidity, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, cleaning products or other chemicals. Sterling Silver jewellery is less prone to tarnishing when worn because the oils in the skin can help to slow down the tarnishing process.
Solid 9ct gold can tarnish over time, but it is more durable and resistant to tarnishing than silver so you can wear it almost all of the time.
To keep your jewellery looking its best we recommend that you
- Wear it regularly. When not wearing it, keep it in a cool, dry place in a pouch or jewellery box and out of direct sunlight
- Remove it prior to showering, bathing and swimming, exercising and sunbathing
- Avoid it coming into contact with hand sanitiser, make-up, perfume, suncream, hair and body care products and cleaning products. Put your jewellery on once any moisturisers, suncream and perfume have fully absorbed into the skin and do not apply while wearing your jewellery.
- Remove it at any time where it could get knocked, scratched, caught or otherwise damaged, for example during sport or if you have a particularly physical job.
If your jewellery does become tarnished or dirty the best way to clean it is with a polishing cloth.
You can also use a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap to gently clean your jewellery. After cleaning, dry your jewellery thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Dimensions
Each disc measures approx. 12mm in diameter and 1.5mm thick. Initials are stamped in the centre in a 2mm capital letter. Other personalisations are stamped along the bottom edge in 1mm capital letters.
