-The eye pillow can be warmed up in the microwave for 10-30 seconds or used at room temperature.
-The eye pillow can also be used cold by placing it in a sealed bag in your freezer before use.
-The cover can be removed, hand-washed and air dried. The inner pouch contains flaxseeds and is not washable.
HOW TO HEAT
Remove linen cover and place flaxseed-filled bag inside microwave. Heat for 10 seconds, remove, shake bag to distribute seeds. Repeat, heating for no more than 5-10 seconds at a time and for no more 30 seconds in total - you don’t want to burn the flaxseeds! Allow to cool slightly before applying to skin.
HOW TO APPLY ESSENTIAL OILS TO PILLOW
Remove linen cover and apply a few drops of essential oil to inner pouch only (over time, contact with essential oils can discolour outer pouch) Replace cover and enjoy. Alternatively, you can add a few drops of essential oil to 100 ml of water in a spray bottle and use this to spritz the inner pillow and your bedroom.
