The recipient will be able to come on down to Bray Cured HQ and enjoy a morning curing class with our team, followed by a delicious lunch of cured meats. After that, they’ll head two minutes down the road for the friendly environment and golfing test provided by 9 or 18 holes at the lovely Huntswood Golf Club.
And when that’s all over, Huntswood Golf Club boasts a licensed bar with panoramic views of the Buckinghamshire countryside.

Which charcuterie course can I do

You can choose any of our charcuterie courses to enjoy alongside your golf day. Just make your choice when booking.

Our duck course lets you explore different charcuterie techniques to use every part of the duck, from butchery to curing and cooking.

Our salami and chorizo course takes you from butchery, to blending your own salami or chorizo, curing, sausage stuffing and fermenting.

Our bacon course sees you working from butchered cuts of heritage breed meat, to classic salami and bacon production.

On each course, you’ll make products to take home and enjoy later (or in the case of salami, have posted to you when it’s perfect).
