We make our British Cassis from the blackcurrants grown on our farm here in Herefordshire. It is made in a completely artisan and unique way -unlike the French method of Cassis production we add champagne yeast and a British sugar which causes fermentation and the alcohol is naturally produced, we harvest a specific quantity which is pressed within 24 hourswhich gives our cassis a truly intense blackcurrant flavour, and makes it stand out from others We are very pleased to announce that we have recently also won from The World Drinks Award - The Best Liqueur Bottle Design.
