Choosing a photograph:
When choosing your photograph, please consider that to capture a good likeness and create a high quality drawing I need to be able to see all details without pixelation. With this in mind, please upload original, high resolution photographs that have not been filtered or compressed. If you are unsure if your photograph is suitable, please include a message and I’ll happily take a look and get back to you.
The background colour can either be chosen by you or left to me to decide and discussed when you receive your digital proof if you don't express a preference when sending your image.

Uploading a photo:
Once you have purchased your print, click the ‘contact the seller’ button found in ‘my orders’. Clicking this button will take you to the enquiry page where you can upload your photo by clicking the browse button.
Please upload your image within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise I unfortunately can’t accept any responsibility for delays in your delivery timeline.

A digital proof of your illustration will be sent to your account. Your order will not be sent to print before your approval is received so please try and feedback as soon as you can so you can receive your happy post as soon as possible.
