This gorgeous handcrafted Sterling Silver Ring is deep laser engraved with your own handwriting for a gift that will be treasured forever.
A truly wonderful way to treasure yours or someone elses handwriting by capturing it forever in a silver ring. Whether you have a letter, birthday card, paper note or want to use yours or your child's handwriting, we can use words from these to create a truly unique piece of jewellery.
It can be part of a stack of rings, or on its own as a statement piece.

Your ring will be hand crafted by silversmiths in our quirky little jewellery studio, housed in an Old Victorian Fire Station in Biggleswade, a small market town in Bedfordshire.
Once you have selected a few words of handwriting; clearly photograph it or scan it on the highest possible resolution and send it by attaching to a message with your order number. Alternatively, you can post it to us. The maximum area around the circumference of a ring is approx 50/60mm x 5mm.
Each ring will come in a standard Morgan and French gift box or you can upgrade to a premium hinged ring box (see last photo) for £3. The premium boxes are perfect for gifting your ring in for a special occasion or even a proposal. Just use the drop-down menu to select your gift box.

How to care for your Silver Jewellery
Genuine sterling Silver is prone to tarnish, this oxidising process is a natural occurrence but some substances in our daily lives will speed the process up. Anti-Bacterial gels, soap, hairspray, perfume, food, latex, perspiration and even the medication we are on or the natural oils on our hands can tarnish metals more quickly. Some may even find their skin is more reactive with metals and find copper or silver tarnishes very quickly, sometimes within days. Silver Tarnish does NOT mean that the silver is faulty or substandard, far from it, we do not offer refunds if silver tarnishes. Tarnish is a surface layer and is easily removed with silver polish/dip.
You should always remove jewellery before showering or swimming as leather and metals can react with chemicals and chlorine. Never allow leather to get wet. Wet leather will stay damp inside and deteriorate from within, this will loosen the bond within the clasp and affect the strength and look of the leather. As with all jewellery, straps, links and clasps can be opened or broken if not treated with care. What Is Rhodium Plating . Rhodium is an ultra-expensive precious metal (currently $29k per ounce, Gold is $1.7k) that belongs in the same group of metals as platinum. Rhodium doesn’t tarnish or fade, and it doesn’t corrode. Therefore, to protect sterling silver pieces from tarnishing, a thin layer of rhodium is applied. As a result of the plating, sterling silver is more resistant to wear and friction, and it looks brighter, shinier, and it has a mirror-like finish. Plating of sterling silver with rhodium is done through a process called electroplating. If you would like your silver Rhodium plated please select this option in the drop down boxes.
