Delivery info
Delivery Service:
All deliveries are a one man service as standard so assistance will be required. If a two man delivery is needed or you have any special requirements, it is essential and your responsibility to inform us before delivery.
Parcel delivery:
For smaller items like coffee tables we use a 48hr courier service which can be tracked with companies like UPS, DPD, I-POST etc.
Once the item has been marked for dispatch we will forward you the tracking information. If for any reason you are not available when the delivery is attempted the delivery company will leave a card with instructions for the re-delivery.
We carefully bubble wrap each item but we do understand that sometimes damages can happen. In the event of damage occurring please contact us ASAP.
Pallet delivery:
Small to medium items will be sent via pallet service. We carefully wrap each item and secure to the pallet safely.
We will call you to confirm a delivery date which suits you once palletised. Once the item has been marked for dispatch we will forward you the tracking information.
Assistance will be required to unload the item as it will be a kerbside delivery only so please make sure there is more than one able body person to assist.
Medium/ Large item delivery:
We have our own drivers and vans delivering nationwide.
Some areas such as Northern Scotland, Cornwall/ Devon and East Anglia can take longer.
When your order is complete our dispatch team will contact you with a prospective delivery date and approx. time. We attempt to give more than 48 hours’ notice and allow 1-2 hours either side of your time as this is traffic dependant.
Our items are delivered ready built so please make sure you have adequate access to your property. We strongly suggest measuring your choice of access to make sure the item will fit. On the vast majority of items the tops can be removed but the frames are welded solid. If there is an issue with access we have designed the tables so the tops can be unbolted with a 13mm socket or spanner.
We can offer a flat packing service if required at an additional cost.
Delivery will be to the front door of the property, unless agreed in advance. If for any reason the driver has to enter you home we are not liable for any damages caused to your property.
Generally the driver will be happy to assist getting the item into your home unless it proves a risk to their health & safety or your property. All deliveries are at the driver’s discretion.
Deliveries are commenced during normal working hours and days.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
