This sports gift set was originally made by our co-founder Bella for her husband Hugo. Hugo was very sporty (before they had children!) - often cycling the 130 miles to Brighton and back at weekends. He even competed in an ironman event once. The muscle rub came in handy after that one.

Each set contains our natural, handmade muscle rub and relaxing bath oil. Each made by hand in our workshop using the finest botanical ingredients.
We make our soothing muscle rub with invigorating ginger and soothing lavender. Ginger is scientifically proven to help reduce muscle soreness whilst lavender is known for its ability to calm and soothe. The perfect balance of Yin and Yang to restore his pre-workout glory.
Our relaxing bath oil is a bespoke hand-mixed blend of sandalwood, cedarwood, grapeseed oil and added Vitamin E. It is designed to soak deep into the muscles and mind of the strained sportsman.
Meanwhile, stretching elastic is used by professional athletes to warm up and prepare their muscles before exercising. It can also be helpful for relieving cramp at the end of a strenuous session. We also include a stretching guide for people who have never tried stretching elastic before.
