Filled with suggestions and blank cards for your own ideas this is the perfect gift for a friend who needs a smile, or for yourself.
The box contains three bundles of cards, each held together in a paper wrap:
There are 12 activities sealed in envelopes, the idea is to open one per month and make time to complete the task. They range from having a clear out to going for a walk; flying a kite to switching off technology for the day. These envelopes are sealed so the monthly choice is a surprise.
The second collcection of cards are blank for more personal ideas - we all relax in different ways so these cards are for regular reminders to do something you enjoy.
The final set are 12 simple self care ideas, suggestions for if you are in a rut and need something small to help. The reverse of these cards contain a motivational quote and song suggestion. These aren't in envelopes so they can be used when they're most needed.
Variations
Add the recipients name and choose a message to go below (optional).
Choose from a heart design (printed in black to look subtle on the box) or just text.
The name, and colour of print will also be put on the reverse of some cards (some cards are already double sided).
